Dr Thomas Buck is a performance psychologist specialising in sport and exercise psychology, with over a decade of experience working in elite sporting environments. He has worked across professional football, from academy level through to the Premier League, supporting athletes, coaches and performance teams to develop the psychological skills needed to perform consistently under pressure. 

His work focuses on building confidence, resilience and mental wellbeing, helping individuals navigate the realities of high-performance sport and sustain both performance and long-term health. He is also currently a Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching and Performance at UCFB Manchester.

Using an integrative approach grounded in person-centred therapy and cognitive behavioural techniques, Bobbie helps people challenge negative thinking patterns and develop practical strategies for lasting change. Her work is rooted in empathy, warmth and the belief that no one should have to navigate difficult experiences alone.
