Duncan Watmore represented England at U20 and U21 level and played professionally across clubs including Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Millwall and Rotherham United, giving him first-hand experience of performing under pressure, adapting through change, and staying resilient through injury and setback.
Alongside his football career, Duncan holds a Master's in Business, Leadership and Management and a first degree in Economics and Business Management, a combination that grounds his perspective on performance, decision-making and leadership in solid academic thinking as well as lived experience.
