Let's get you up and running.

Participants download the PEAK4 app. A "Register Interest" button/pop-up appears on the home screen.

Participants click "Register Interest" and are prompted to enter an email address and create a password. The communications pack contains a QR code specific to the relevant company, which participants scan during the Register Interest process. They then complete the relevant demographic, role and wellbeing questions, and create their account at this stage.

Once registration is submitted, it goes through the relevant validation process to determine whether the individual is confirmed as a participant. The participant is then either accepted or declined.

Once approved, the participant receives an in-app pop-up notification and an email containing a link to the onboarding portal. They then use the onboarding portal to complete the WHOOP setup and PEAK4 connectivity process. See the Device Onboarding Hub for these steps.

If the participant experiences any issues, there is an opportunity to book a one-to-one technical support session via an in-app pop-up.

Once onboarding is complete, a welcome call takes place with the client and participants.
